Revspot integrates with Salesforce CRM using a custom lightning component and custom fields. The integration happens all through Revspot and Salesforce UI without having the need to write code or involving your tech team.

Pre Requisites to Integrate Revspot with your Salesforce CRM

  1. You should have access to Revspot app at https://app.revspot.ai. Reach out to [email protected], if you don't have it.

  2. You should be an admin of your Salesforce Instance.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1 (Connection)

Go to Revspot Integrations tab on Revspot Platform and click Connect on Salesforce Integration.

This will open your salesforce login page. Login to your salesforce instance and grant permission to install Revspot app. Once done you'll be redirected back to Revspot platform and will see Salesforce to be connected.

Step 2 (Verification)

Once connected, you should be able to see Revspot Custom Fields in Lead Object in your Salesforce Instance. You can verify that by going to

Setup > Object Manager > Lead > Fields & Relationships

All Revspot fields start with Revspot prefix for easy identification and separation. You can use these fields to filter leads, setup workflows and create reports.

Step 3 (Setup)

You should also see a custom Lightning Component when you edit your Lead Record Page layout.

Drag the lighting component to you Page view.

Step 4 (Enable)

Go to

Setup > Process Automation > Workflow Rules

You'll see a a workflow created by Revspot. This workflow listens to the lead creation or updation event and triggers enrichment using Revspot api.

Activate the workflow to begin Lead Enrichment.

Optionally, you can also edit Rule Criteria for Workflow Rule. By default all the leads created will be enriched. You can configure rules to enrich leads meeting a criteria.

And you're all set! Now whenever a lead is created/updated in your Salesforce instance, you'll see Revspot Enrichment Data along with Lead data.
